CHEMTRADE LOGISTICS INCOME FUND DECLARES JANUARY 2024 DISTRIBUTION

Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund has declared a cash distribution of 5.5 cents per unit for the month of January, 2024, payable on Feb. 26, 2024, to unitholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 31, 2024. This is 10 per cent higher than the previous level of monthly distributions.

Holders of units who are non-residents of Canada will be required to pay all withholding taxes payable in respect of any distributions of income by the fund.

Suspension of distribution reinvestment plan (DRIP)

On Jan. 15, 2024, Chemtrade suspended its DRIP. Effective with this January, 2024, distribution, all distributions of the fund will now be paid only in cash.
