The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue a total of 4,791,619 units at a deemed price of 10 cents per unit, in settlement of arm's-length debts having a deemed value of $479,161.90. Each unit comprised one common share of the company and one warrant at an exercise price of 12 cents per common share for a period of 12 months from the date of closing.
