COGECO AND COGECO COMMUNICATIONS SCHEDULE THE RELEASE OF THEIR FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE FOURTH QUARTER OF FISCAL 2025 AND RELATED CONFERENCE CALL

Cogeco Inc. and Cogeco Communications Inc. plan to release their financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025, which ended Aug. 31, 2025, on Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2025, after the market close.

The companies will hold a conference call on Thursday, Oct. 30, 2025, at 8 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time, to discuss their financial and operating results.
