CLEANGO INNOVATIONS ARRANGES $700,002 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Further to Cleango Innovations Inc.'s press release dated Oct. 26, 2023, announcing a non-brokered private placement under the listed issuer financing exemption for a minimum of 750,000 and up to a maximum of 1,166,670 units of the company at a price of 60 cents per unit for gross proceeds to the company of a minimum of $450,000 up to a maximum of $700,002, the company has filed an amended offering document relating to the offering. Except for the closing date (as defined herein), the terms of the offering have not changed.

The offering is scheduled to close on or about Dec. 10, 2023 (the closing date), unless otherwise disclosed by the company, and completion of the offering remains subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, receiving subscriptions for the minimum amount of $450,000 and the receipt of all necessary corporate and regulatory approvals, as applicable.
