The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Canadian General Investments Ltd.'s 3.75 per cent cumulative redeemable Class A preference shares, Series 4, will be delisted at the close on June 12, 2023. According to the TSX, the company will redeem the Series 4 shares on June 12, 2023, for $25.22860 per Series 4 share, consisting of $25 and accrued and unpaid dividends (up to but excluding June 12, 2023) of 22.860 cents per Series 4 share.

The TSX notes that as the Series 4 shares are held through the book entry system of CDS and no individual certificates are issued, holders of Series 4 shares need not take any action with respect to the redemption. For more information, see the company's news release dated April 14, 2023.
