The Globe and Mail reports in its Friday, July 31, edition that TD Cowen analyst Steven Green continues to rate Centerra Gold "buy." The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Green boosted his share target by a loonie to $32. Analysts on average target the shares at $29.91. Mr. Green says in a note: "We have updated our estimates following Q2 results and increased FY26 guidance. Higher production at Oksut drives a 4-per-cent increase in our 2026 EBITDA estimate, while our 2027 outlook remains largely unchanged. Management also reinforced confidence in its organic growth pipeline, with the Thompson Creek restart progressing as planned." The Globe reported on Jan. 27 and April 23 that Desjardins Securities rated Centerra Gold "hold" when it could be had for $26.49 and $25.52.
