CENTERRA GOLD ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF 2023 ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Centerra Gold Inc. has released the results of its 2023 annual and special meeting of shareholders held on May 9, 2023. A total of 218,703,496 shares, representing 70.95 per cent of common shares issued and outstanding, were represented at the meeting. Detailed voting results are outlined herein.
