CARTIER SILVER GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Cartier Silver Corp. has granted stock options to directors, officers and consultants to purchase an aggregate of 1.89 million common shares of the company, exercisable at 20 cents per share at any time on or before April 2, 2031. The grants are subject to the terms of Cartier Silver's stock option plan. In accordance with regulatory requirements, any shares issued pursuant to the exercise of such options will be subject to a resale restriction for a period of four months from the date of the grant.
