CI Equity+ Asset Allocation to trade on TSX

The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that CI Equity+ Asset Allocation ETF Fund will be listed at 5:01 p.m. on Jan. 26, 2026, for trading at the open on Jan. 27, 2026. According to the TSX, there will be 50,000 units of the exchange-traded fund (ETF) issued and outstanding, with no securities reserved for issuance. The units will trade under the symbol CEQP, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 12576D 10 0.

The TSX reports that the ETF seeks to provide long-term capital growth, primarily by investing in ETFs that provide exposure to a portfolio of global equity securities and other assets. According to the TSX, the ETF expects to pay cash distributions of income on its units, if any, on a quarterly basis. Cash distributions of capital gains on the units, if any, are expected to be paid each December.

As stated in its simplified prospectus dated Jan. 15, 2026, the ETF is issuing 50,000 units at $20 per unit in its initial public offering. It expects to close the offering on Jan. 26, 2026. The designated market-maker is BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc.
