Mr. Sam Leung reports

CENTAURI MINERALS ANNOUNCES START OF TRADING ON THE TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE (CENT)

Centauri Minerals Inc.'s common shares (Cusip 15139C105/ISIN CA15139C1059) will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange today, Aug. 31, 2026, under the symbol CENT.

Sam Leung, chief executive officer and director of Centauri, commented:

"Almost a year since the announcement and creation of our new company, Centauri has shown consistent work progress and has now delivered on its goal of becoming an independent public company.

"I want to thank our dedicated team and stakeholders who have contributed to this first chapter of Centauri. In particular, I want to thank the Aldebaran team for their full support and many extra hours in this spinout and transition process.

"Thank you to our investors who have placed their trust and over $30-million in us to carry out this strong mandate for mineral exploration and project advancement in the established mining region of Northern Argentina. We also welcome new investors of Centauri through their Aldebaran shareholdings and will do our best to continue the chain of spinout successes, from Antares Minerals to Regulus Resources, to Aldebaran Resources, and now to Centauri Minerals.

"Centauri's active drill targeting programs, which include geophysical surveys and consolidation review of historical data sets, will allow us to begin drilling at the Rio Grande project in the fourth quarter -- the first program since 2013. More information to come as we gear up for an exciting final four months of 2026."
