Cantex Mine corrects finders' warrant exercise price

2026-09-22 17:33 ET - News Release

Mr. Chad Ulansky reports

ADDITIONAL FINDER'S FEES AND FINDER'S WARRANTS DISCLOSURE

Cantex Mine Development Corp. has made a correction to the finders' warrants disclosed in the Sept. 18, 2026, news release announcing the close of the oversubscribed private placement.

The company was charged $18,000 in finders' fees, which were paid in cash, and issued 70,000 non-transferable finders' warrants on the closing of the final tranche of the offering for their assistance in identifying purchasers of units and FT shares. Each finder's warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at an exercise price of 40 cents per finder share for a period of two years from the date of issuance of the finder's warrant; it was incorrectly disclosed as 25 cents per finder share in the Sept. 18 news release.

The company would also like to disclose under Section 3.1(c) of Policy 5.1 that the finders' fees charged to the company, and the finders' warrants issued across the offering were as shown in the attached table.
