CANADA SILVER ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE TO NORD PRECIOUS METALS MINING INC.

Shareholders at the annual and general meeting held on Oct. 31, 2023, voted in favour to change Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc.'s name to Nord Precious Metals Mining Inc. The new name will better reflect the direction of the company. The name change is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

The name change is expected to be effective in the coming days, pursuant to filing articles of amendment and the acceptance of the exchange. The company will issue a further news release announcing the new Cusip number, new trading symbol, and effective date when the company will trade under the new name and symbol.

Canada Silver Cobalt Works recently discovered a major high-grade silver vein system at Castle East located 1.5 kilometres from its 100-per-cent-owned, past-producing Castle mine near Gowganda in the prolific and world-class silver-cobalt mining district of Northern Ontario.
