CARRIER CONNECT DATA SOLUTIONS INC. ANNOUNCES OPTION GRANT

Carrier Connect Data Solutions Inc. has granted 600,000 incentive stock options to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company in accordance with its stock option plan. Such options are exercisable at a price of $1.20 until March 13, 2036, of which 150,000 vest at six months following the date of grant, 150,000 vest at 12 months following the date of grant, 150,000 vest at 18 months following the date of grant and 150,000 vest at 24 months following the date of grant, all subject to applicable hold periods.
