V7P 3P9 Phone: 604 985 3327 LEGAL_41490598.1 June 1, 2023 (CCD: TSX-V) CASCADERO COPPER ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS AND AMENDED STOCK OPTION PLAN North Vancouver, BC, Canada, June 1, 2023 - Cascadero Copper Corporation ("Cascadero" or the "Company") (TSXV:CCD) is pleased to announce the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") held on May 30, 2023. All resolutions proposed at the Meeting were duly passed. The resolutions at the Meeting consisted of the following: (1) setting the number of directors at five; (2) electing all director nominees, as listed in the management information circular dated April 27, 2023, to the board of directors of the Company; and (3) re-appointing Mao & Ying LLP as auditor of the Company for the ensuing year and authorizing the board of directors to fix the auditor's remuneration. David Dreisinger, Tony Cau and Lorne Harder have been appointed as members of the Company's Compensation Committee with David Dreisinger as Chair.
