EXPLORATION UPDATE: TARON CESIUM DRILL WILL TURN FEBRUARY 29th 

The Company has received a report that the amount of rehabilitation work required at Taron may be another two days to 
--->complete. Grupo AGV, located in Salta City, is the contactor and it will mobilize the necessary equipment to complete 
--->the rehabilitation of infrastructure which was destroyed in a series of floods in the past 3years. 
The camp for 18 workers should be on site within 5 days and the drill is expected to be on site and running on Feb 29t
--->h. 
The company plans to drill 29 vertical HQ3 core holes to a planned depth of 75 metres for a total of 2,175 metres in c
--->ompleting a grid style pattern that will test an area of about 1.6 kms2 of the property.  The area was drilled in seve
--->n previous drill holes in 2009, and the geological model is based on 5,600 metres of trenches and over 6,000 assays fr
--->om 2005 to 2007.   The program is expected to take 50 days to complete.
The Company's geologists and consultants have decided on the location of the first drill holes TAR-17-1 to TAR 17-11 a
--->nd shown in Figure 1. This drill sequence is intended to test the geometry and mineralization of the Taron showing its
---> southern 500 metres. The geological model is interpreted as a synclinal fold, the east limb of which may be present f
--->or an additional 750 metres to the north. The system at its widest point in the drill grid is estimated to be 375 metr
--->es east to west. There are two parallel zones of mineralization close to to the east of the main body that will also b
--->e drill tested, which is believed to be the core of a corresponding anticlinal fold.
The system is open to the east, north and south.  It is covered by overburden to the east, a distance greater than 3,0
--->00 metres, where it disappears under the contact with the Cambrian Puncoviscana shale. This is supported by one pit an
--->d 2006 trench excavation near the shale contact that assayed 3,400 ppm cesium.  The system has also been trenched to t
--->he south of the proposed drill grid  where anomalous cesium mineralization was encountered at intervals for over 3 kms
--->. 
AGV will use a Boyles 6C Trailer mounted drill rig to minimize the environmental footprint of the work. (Figure 2) The
---> Taron rocks are very friable and the drill program is focused on maximizing core recovery. The vertical holes will be
---> drilled with polymers designed for these types of friable, loosely cemented rock types that should yield a more accur
--->ate assay of the cesium values in the drill holes. In addition each drill hole sediment pond will be sampled and assay
--->ed to determine if the cesium mineralization is being flushed up to the ponds. 
Some holes may be deepened beyond 75 metres subject to onsite study of the mineralization. The holes will also be surv
--->eyed by downhole devices but are not expected to have a problem with deviation. 
The area of anticipated surface disturbance in total is about 0.16 square kms or less than 10% of the property, and it
---> will be rehabilitated concurrently with the drilling.

--->astic manufacturing, specialty glasses, ion propulsion rocket motors, high-density alkaline batteries, coatings for so
--->lar cells, and petroleum refining. Research continues to generate new applications for cesium compounds.  
 The Company has retained GeoSim Services Inc. who will act as the Qualified Person (QP) for the program.  This news r
--->elease and its technical content has been read and approved by Dr. David Trueman who is a qualified person acting for 
--->the Company.
