Canada Carbon Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CCB) (the "Company") announces it has granted a total of up to 900,000 stock options to consultants and advisors of the Company, exercisable at a price of $0.25 per share for a period of up to five years from the date of grant. The options will vest in three equal installments over an 18 month period.

The options have been granted in accordance with the company's stock option plan.
