Certive Solutions Inc. has acquired a majority ownership in a newly formed joint venture named Magnative Health in partnership with Magnolia Point, a leading innovator in digital health care artificial intelligence solutions. Magnative Health will pave the way for innovative AI-based digital efficiency solutions for hospitals and health systems throughout the United States and Canada.
