CATHEDRA BITCOIN ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Cathedra Bitcoin Inc. has released the results of its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on Aug. 31, 2023.

Shareholders elected all four management nominees to the board of directors of the company for the ensuing year. As such, the Cathedra board of directors remains:

• Thomas (Drew) Armstrong (chairman);
• Antonin (A.J.) Scalia;
• David Jacques;
• Marcus Dent.

Shareholders also voted in favor of resolutions reappointing the auditor of the company and reapproving the long-term incentive plan (the LTIP) of the company for the ensuing year.
