BLACKROCK CANADA ANNOUNCES SEPTEMBER CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE ISHARES ETFS

BlackRock Asset Management Canada Ltd. has declared September, 2023, cash distributions for the iShares exchange-traded funds listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange or the NEO Exchange which pay on a monthly or quarterly basis. Unitholders of record of a fund on Sept. 26, 2023, will receive a cash distribution payable in respect of that fund on Sept. 29, 2023.

Details regarding the per-unit distribution amounts are provided in an attached table.

The September cash distribution per unit for iShares Premium Money Market is estimated in an attached table.

BlackRock Canada expects to issue a press release on or about Sept. 25, 2023, which will provide the final amount for iShares Premium Money Market.
