CAT Strategic Metals Corp. has announced a rights offering to eligible shareholders of record at the close of market on Oct. 28, 2025. Each whole right entitles you to purchase one unit at a subscription price of 0.75 cent per unit. Each unit consists of one common share of the corporation and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional common share at an exercise price of five cents for a period of 60 months from issuance. Holders will need to exercise one right and pay the subscription price to acquire one unit. No fractional units will be issued.

The rights will begin trading on Oct. 28, 2025, under the symbol CAT.RT. The rights will expire at 4 p.m. Pacific Time on Nov. 21, 2025.

Trading in the rights will be halted at noon on Nov. 21, 2025.
