Mr. Komavli’s experience lies in Industrial Engineering, Capital Markets, Corporate Communication and Project Management. A University of Toronto graduate with a focus on Information Systems, Mr. Komavli has a proven track record in optimizing operations, co-founding software startups, and driving strategic initiatives. Noah has been involved in the resource and exploration sector for nearly a decade and brings his passion and focused business acumen to Cascade’s Advisory Board. Mr. Komavli is currently President and Director of Ashley Gold Corp (CSE:ASHL)

About the Addition
Mr. Komavli’s public market tenure is distinguished by his ability to foster collaborative approaches to mineral exploration, with a notable example including the sale of the Icefield Portfolio to Ashley Gold Corp. This transaction strengthened the asset bases of both companies and enhanced shareholder value by streamlining focus. Mr. Komavli was subsequently named to Ashley’s Board of Directors in May 2025 and appointed to the role of President. Under his guidance and through his contributions, Ashley has delivered renewed focus, divesting of non-core assets, as well as confirming a historic discovery at the Howie Project south of the Twilight Zone, bordering Dynasty Gold’s Pelham Project.
A graduate of the University of Toronto in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Information Systems, Mr. Komavli has developed a strong foundation in optimizing operational efficiency, driving continuous improvements, enhancing value chains and gathering requirements necessary for permitting in a variety of settings.
His entrepreneurial drive is evidenced by co-founding two startup software companies, showcasing his ability to innovate. With years of investment experience in exploration-focused companies, Mr. Komavli possesses keen capital markets acumen, equipping him to guide companies through market dynamics and investor relations. His proficiency in corporate communication and project management will further support the Company’s exploration programs and ensure clear, impactful stakeholder engagement.
