CASA MINERALS INC. ANNOUNCES DMCL LLP AS AUDITOR OF THE COMPANY

Casa Minerals Inc. has changed its auditor from Abu-Farah Professional Corp. to DMCL LLP. The former auditor resigned as the auditor of the company on its own initiative, effective March 27, 2026, and the board of directors of the company appointed the successor auditor as the company's auditor, effective March 27, 2026, until the next annual general meeting of the company.

There were no reservations in the former auditor's audit reports for the relevant period, being the financial year of the company ended Dec. 31, 2024, and any period after the most recently completed financial year for which an audit report was issued and preceding the resignation of the former auditor. In accordance with National Instrument 51-102 (Continuous Disclosure Obligations), the company has sent a notice of change of auditor to the former auditor and to the successor auditor, and has received a letter from each, addressed to the securities commissions in each of British Columbia and Alberta stating that they agree with the information contained in the notice. The notice together with the letter from the former auditor and the letter from the successor auditor has been reviewed and approved by the company's audit committee and its board of directors, and is available on SEDAR+. There were no reportable events as defined in NI 51-102 between the former auditor and the company.
