The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation of the notice of reorganization dated Aug. 12, 2025, and supporting documents pertaining to the formal takeover bid to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Gold Basin Resources Corp., whereby for each common share of Gold Basin tendered and taken up, Gold Basin shareholders would receive 0.592 of a Canex common share. The offer was disclosed in the offer to purchase circular dated Aug. 28, 2025. The company announced that a total of 73,026,822 Gold Basin shares, representing 54.04 per cent of the issued and outstanding Gold Basin shares, have been validly deposited under the offer in exchange for the issuance of 41,492,194 Canex shares.
