HERITAGE CANNABIS ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Heritage Cannabis Holdings Corp. has appointed Jasmine Paige as interim chief financial officer.

Over the past six years, Ms. Paige has been a key player on the team that has propelled Heritage to its current level of success and will be instrumental in taking Heritage to the next level as a successful international cannabis company. Ms. Paige brings over 13 years of finance experience to Heritage and handles the numerous companies that constitute Heritage, providing a broad base of experience and specialized knowledge about the financial and accounting matters that are unique to the cannabis industry.

Ms. Paige has been instrumental in developing and implementing the financial strategies that have been successful in improving reporting functions, inventory tracking and cost controls for Heritage. Ms. Paige has a proven record of identifying effective processes and procedures to improve quality, accuracy and efficiency in accounting and financial operations.

Ms. Paige assumes responsibilities from Dan Phaure as he pursues new opportunities. While welcoming Ms. Paige as interim CFO, the entire team at Heritage would like to thank Mr. Phaure for his contributions as CFO and wishes him all the best in his future pursuits.
