CANDELARIA ANNOUNCES VOITING RESULTS OF 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Candelaria Mining Corp. has released voting results from the company's annual general meeting of shareholders held on July 16, 2025.

Shareholders voted in favour of all matters brought before them at the meeting, which are detailed in the company's management information circular dated June 10, 2025, available on SEDAR+.

A total of 44,842,655 common shares of the company were represented at the meeting, accounting for 29.92 per cent of the total issued and outstanding shares of the company as of the record date of June 10, 2025.

The following voting results are based on the total number of votes cast at the meeting.
