Canadian GoldCamps Corp.

Achieving Key Regulatory Milestone and Positioning the Company for its Next Phase of Growth

Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire - July 28, 2026 — Canadian GoldCamps Corp. (CSE: CAMP) (OTC: SMATF) (FSE: A68) is pleased to announce the completion of the independent National Instrument 43-101, Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects Technical Report, for its flagship Mercator gold and critical minerals project in the Caniapiscau District of northeastern Québec.

The completion of the Technical Report represents a significant corporate milestone. Following the Company's option agreement on the Mercator Gold Project, preparation of an independent NI 43-101 Technical Report became a regulatory requirement as Mercator became the Company's main mineral project. With this obligation now fulfilled, Canadian GoldCamps has reached an important milestone in its corporate development plan and is positioned to accelerate the execution of its broader growth strategy, including strategic financings, the acquisition of additional mineral projects and the continued expansion of its exploration portfolio.

Technical Highlights

  • Independent NI 43-101 Technical Report completed for the Mercator Gold Project.

  • 574 mineral claims covering approximately 292.08 km² in northeastern Québec.

  • Independent Qualified Persons conclude Mercator is a property of merit warranting continued exploration.

  • Historical work includes airborne and ground geophysics, geological mapping, extensive surface sampling, till geochemistry and 1,937 meters of diamond drilling.

  • Report recommends a phased advancement strategy culminating in a 5,000-metre drill program.

The report independently concludes that Mercator is an early-stage gold project with compelling exploration potential. Gold mineralization is associated with sulphide-bearing banded iron formations and multiple prospective zones remain open for expansion. The authors recommend a systematic exploration approach integrating geological modelling, target generation, field validation and drilling to define the continuity and scale of the mineralized system.

George Yordanov, Chief Executive Officer of Canadian GoldCamps, stated: "(…) The completion of this independent Technical Report is a defining milestone for Canadian GoldCamps. Beyond satisfying an important regulatory requirement, it establishes the technical foundation for the next stage of the Company's evolution. We can now accelerate the execution of our corporate development plan, pursue strategic financing opportunities, evaluate additional high-quality mineral project acquisitions and continue advancing Mercator with the confidence that comes from an independent technical assessment of the project (…)"

The Technical Report was prepared by Marty G. Henning, P.Geo., an Independent Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101, together with Michel Boily, Ph.D., P.Geo. Their work provides an independent assessment of the geological setting, historical exploration results, exploration potential and recommended work programs for the Mercator Gold Project.

The completed independent NI 43-101 Technical Report is currently being prepared for filing and will be filed under the Company's profile on SEDAR+ in accordance with applicable securities regulations. Following the filing, the report will also be available on the Company's website.
