CSE bulletin 2025-1215

Further to Canadian Goldcamps Corp.'s news release dated Oct. 23, 2024, the amended definitive agreement dated Oct. 21, 2024, with F3 Uranium Corp.'s wholly owned subsidiary, F4 Uranium Corp., to earn up to a 70-per-cent interest in F4's Murphy Lake property, located in the Athabasca basin, Saskatchewan, has been terminated and the previously announced transaction will not proceed.

Canadian Goldcamps will resume trading effective immediately.
