CANADIAN GOLDCAMPS ANNOUNCES WARRANT AMENDMENTS

Canadian Goldcamps Corp. has amended certain terms of an aggregate of 8,926,515 common share purchase warrants consisting of: (i) 4,131,231 warrants issued on Dec. 3, 2021; and (ii) 4,795,284 warrants issued on Dec. 17, 2021. Each old warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the company at a price of 70 cents per common share.

The company will make the following amendments to the warrants:

1. To extend the expiry date of the Dec. 3, warrants from Dec. 3, 2023, to Dec. 3, 2026; and
2. To extend the expiry date of the Dec. 17, warrants from Dec. 17, 2023, to Dec. 17, 2026.

The company requested and obtained an exemption from the Canadian Securities Exchange Policy 6 regarding the notice period requirement for warrant amendments.
