According to the TSX, there will be 256,378,533 ordinary shares of the company issued and outstanding, and 25,444,081 shares reserved for issuance.

The TSX reports that the company is a base metals producer with operations in Europe and Central Asia. The company's dividend policy is to return to shareholders a range of between 30 per cent and 50 per cent of the company's free cash flow, defined as net cash generated from operating activities less sustaining capital expenditure, plus interest received and cash-settled share-based payments. The board of directors reviews the amount of any future dividends to be paid to shareholders having regard to the company's profits, its financial position and the board's assessment of the capital required to grow the company's business.

The TSX notes that Central Asia Metals' shares are currently listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange and trade under the symbol CAML. The company recently acquired all the ordinary shares of Cygnus Metals Ltd. pursuant to a scheme of arrangement under Part 5.1 of Australia's Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), which securities are expected to be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange at the close of business on Oct. 26, 2026.
