VANCOUVER, BC, Janury 15, 2026 - Revitalist Lifestyle and Wellness Ltd. (the "Company") (CSE: CALM) (OTCQB: RVLWF) (FSE: 4DO) wishes to announce the resignations of the following directors and officers:
Kathryn Walker has resigned as the Chief Executive Officer, President and a director of the Company effective January 12, 2026;
Kevin Murray has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer and a director of the Company effective January 12, 2026; and
Yenvy Truong has resigned as a director of the Company effective October 25, 2025.
