Revitalist Lifestyle and Wellness Ltd. has noted the resignations of the following directors and officers:

• Kathryn Walker has resigned as the chief executive officer, president and a director of the company, effective Jan. 12, 2026.
• Kevin Murray has resigned as the chief financial officer and a director of the company, effective Jan. 12, 2026.
• Yenvy Truong has resigned as a director of the company, effective Oct. 25, 2025.
