COMPOSITE ALLIANCE GROUP ANNOUNCES OFFICER RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT

Roger Essome has resigned as chief financial officer of Composite Alliance Group Inc. The board of directors of Composite Alliance extends its gratitude to Mr. Essome for his contributions to the company and wishes him success in his future endeavours.

The company also announces the appointment of Serge Luquain as interim chief financial officer of the company. Mr. Luquain was appointed as chief technical officer and elected as a director of the company on Jan. 24, 2019, and was appointed as president and chief executive officer of the company on Aug. 5, 2022.

The company will announce the appointment of a new chief financial officer as soon as one is retained.
