The Company has subscribed for 523,332 shares, at a price of $0.15 per share, for a total purchase price of $78,500 (the "Purchase Price").

Spark , a Vancouver- based start-up bridging the real estate and technology sectors, develops software for selling, marketing and managing new development real estate , from pre-sale condos and single family homes to master -planned communities. The company's platform tracks and manages close to $10 billion of inventory (new developments) for its clients worldwide. Spark plans to expand into other countries, focus on research & development and acquire new talent.

Spark's vertical market software is currently used in more than six countries and manages hundreds of new home projects . In 18 months, the company has experienced an average monthly growth of 30 per cent.
