Quest Critical Metals Inc. will not be filing its audited financial statements and management's discussion and analysis for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2025, before the prescribed deadline of Jan. 28, 2026.
The company is experiencing delays in completing the year-end audit and required documents. The company's auditor, Manning Elliott LLP, have advised the company that they require additional time to complete their remaining audit and quality procedures, including obtaining audit confirmations.

The company and its auditors are working diligently to finalize the financial statements and expects to file the financial statements no later than Feb. 16, 2026.
The company intends to satisfy the provisions of the alternative information guidelines under National Policy 12-203 by issuing biweekly default status reports in the form of press releases so long as it remains in default of the filing requirements set out above.
