CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Vancouver, BC - January 20, 2026 - Quest Critical Metals Inc ("Quest" or the "Company") (CSE: BULL, OTC: DCNNF, FSE: DCR0) announces the appointment of Wayne Tisdale as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective immediately.

Mr. Tisdale, a director of the Company, is an accomplished resource financier and exploration-focused company builder with more than four decades of experience founding, funding, and advancing mineral projects.

The Company also announces the resignation of Jamie Newall as a director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company in order to focus on other endeavours. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Newall for his support and dedication over the years.
