QUEST CRITICAL METALS ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Quest Critical Metals Inc. has appointed Wayne Tisdale as president and chief executive officer of the company, effective immediately.

Mr. Tisdale, a director of the company, is an accomplished resource financier and exploration-focused company builder with more than four decades of experience founding, financing and advancing mineral projects.

The company also announces the resignation of Jamie Newall as a director, president and chief executive officer of the company in order to focus on other endeavours. The company wishes to thank Mr. Newall for his support and dedication over the years.
