BLUERUSH DELAYED IN FILING FINANCIAL STATEMENTS; ANTICIPATED FFCTO

Bluerush Inc. will miss the deadline of Nov. 28, 2024, to file the company's audited annual financial statements, management's discussion and analysis for the financial year ended July 31, 2024, and the chief executive officer and chief financial officer certificates, all as required by National Instrument 51-102 (Continuous Disclosure Obligations) and National Instrument 52-109 (Certification of Disclosure in Issuers' Annual and Interim Filings). As a consequence, the company anticipates the imposition by the Ontario Securities Commission of a failure-to-file cease trade order. The company is working diligently with its auditor to file the documents as soon as possible.
