BONTERRA GRANTS SECURITY-BASED COMPENSATION
Bonterra Resources Inc. has granted incentive stock options to acquire a total of 1.75 million common shares of the company to various employees, officers and directors of the company pursuant to the company's stock option plan and subject to any regulatory approval. Each stock option vests immediately and is exercisable at a price of 15.5 cents per share for a period of five years from the date of the grant.
