BONTERRA ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF BINDING LETTER AGREEMENT FOR JOINT VENTURE WITH OSISKO MINING

Bonterra Resources Inc., further to its Sept. 25, 2023, news release regarding the binding letter agreement with Osisko Mining Inc. relating to an exploration earn-in and joint venture agreement on its Urban-Barry property, and adjoining Duke and Lac Barry properties, the parties have extended the outside date to enter into a definitive agreement from Oct. 31, 2023, to Nov. 17, 2023, or such other date as the parties may agree.
