   ALAIN BELAND ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF COMMON SHARES OF BONTERRA
                             RESOURCES


February 24, 2015 - Vancouver, British Columbia - BonTerra Resources Inc. (TSX-V: BTR) (the
"Company" or "BonTerra") reports:

"Alain Beland Announces Acquisition of Common Shares of BonTerra Resources Inc. - ("BTR")

Val-D'Or, Quebec, Canada - February 24, 2015 � BonTerra Resources Inc. (TSX-V: BTR): On February
18, 2015, Alain Beland acquired beneficial ownership of 3,028,542 Common Shares (the "Shares") in the
capital of BonTerra Resources Inc. ("BonTerra").

Mr. Alain Beland acquired beneficial ownership of 3,718,392 Shares in the capital of BonTerra through a
shares-for-debt settlement relating to geological services provided on BonTerra's Quebec property, as
announced in BonTerra press release dated December 22, 2014. Of the Shares, 3,028,542 are held under
the name Machines Roger International and 689,850 are held under the name 9225-5909 Quebec Inc., of
which Mr. Beland is the principle to both companies. Each Share has a deemed value of $0.10 totaling an
aggregate of $371,839.20 of debt settled with Shares. The Shares represent 19.19% of the issued and
outstanding Common Shares as at February 18, 2015.

There are no other persons acting jointly or in concert with Mr. Beland.

Mr. Beland effected the acquisition of Shares to settle the debt relating to geological services performed
on BonTerra's Quebec gold property and reserves the right to purchase additional securities of BonTerra
from time to time and to dispose of any securities of BonTerra that he may own.

An Early Warning Report was filed on SEDAR under the profile of BonTerra on February 24, 2015.
