BITCOIN TREASURY CORPORATION ANNOUNCES INVESTOR RELATIONS AGREEMENT

Bitcoin Treasury Corp. has retained LodeRock Advisors Inc. for strategic investor relations and capital markets communication services.

Under the terms of the agreement, which will continue until either party has terminated the agreement with 90 days of notice, the company will pay LodeRock a monthly fee of $12,500 for continuing strategic communication services. At the time of this agreement, neither LodeRock nor its principals have any direct or indirect interest in Bitcoin Treasury securities.

LodeRock is a leading investor relations firm, comprising senior professionals from investor relations, equity research and investment management. LodeRock partners with senior management teams to build communication programs that drive capital markets success and help companies capture the full potential of their public listing. The engagement of LodeRock remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
