(TSXV: BSV.H) ("Bold Stroke") is pleased to announce that it has closed a non-brokered private placement financing ("Private Placement") by the issuance of 360,000 common shares at a price of $0.05 per share for gross proceeds of $18,000. The proceeds will be used for general working capital and administrative expenses. The shares issued by Bold Stroke pursuant to the Private Placement are subject to a hold period of four months and one day and cannot be resold until May 30, 2015.
