BESSOR ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF JAGRITE GRAPHITE PROJECT

Further to its press release dated Sept. 10, 2025, Bessor Minerals Inc. has terminated the asset purchase agreement to acquire the Jagrite graphite project located near the Bella Coola area in British Columbia.

Bessor's focus is on exploration and development its Golden Eagle property in Yukon and the Redhill volcanogenic massive sulphide deposit in British Columbia. In addition, Bessor has a 1-per-cent net smelter return royalty on certain claims in the Blackwater mine operated by Artemis Gold Inc.
