BRS RESOURCES ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

BRS Resources Ltd. has granted an aggregate of two million stock options to certain directors, officers and one consultant for the purchase of up to two million common shares of the company pursuant to its omnibus equity incentive plan. Each option is exercisable for a period of five years at a price of 24 cents per share and shall vest immediately.

All of the stock options are subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date of grant, as required by the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
