BRS RESOURCES PROVIDES UPDATE ON DRILLING AT THE COWTRAIL COPPER-GOLD PROJECT AND A CORPORATE UPDATE

BRS Resources Ltd. has provided an update on its Cowtrail copper-gold project encompassing 4,717 hectares (11,650 acres), a porphyry copper-gold exploration initiative located in south-central British Columbia contiguous with the Woodjam copper-gold porphyry project owned by Vizsla Copper Corp.

The copper-gold porphyry system identified in 2023 and further defined in 2025 with four diamond drill holes (1,138 metres) now has a recognizable trend extending both northwesterly and southeasterly from last year's drilling. A summary of previously released significant results from this recent campaign is as follows.

The prospective corridor at Cowtrail is now wide open at both ends and warrants further drilling. Also, and of additional significance, it is an intention in 2026 to expand the exploration efforts approximately a kilometre to the south to include an area where an unpublished 1991 report from multinational mining company, Cogema Canada Ltd., documents mineralized porphyry intrusive float associated with a strong circular total magnetic intensity (TMI).

The company also announces that pursuant to the amending agreement dated Dec. 15, 2025, with Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd., it has issued an aggregate of 400,000 common shares of the company to Cariboo Rose.

The shares are subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months and one day after issuance of the shares.

The company also announces that it currently owns 1,838,209 common shares of AleAnna Inc.
