BRS RESOURCES LTD. CONGRATULATES ALEANNA, INC. ON THE PRODUCTION CONCESSION FOR THE GRADIZZA FIELD IN ITALY

VANCOUVER, BC - January 20, 2025 - BRS RESOURCES LTD. (the "Company" or "BRS"), (CSE: BRS), a mineral exploration company, is pleased to congratulate AleAnna, Inc. (NASDAQ: ANNA) ("AleAnna") on obtaining the production concession for its 100% owned Gradizza field development in Italy. This milestone represents the final regulatory approval required prior to first production, marking a significant step in bringing the field into production and helping Italy become less dependent on foreign natural gas. This is a major value realization to all shareholders of AleAnna.

BRS currently owns 1,838,209 common shares of AleAnna with a market value of approximately $4,981,546.
