BRS RESOURCES LTD. ANNOUNCING ENTRY INTO AMENDING AGREEMENT WITH CARIBOO ROSE RESOURCES LTD.

VANCOUVER, BC - January 12, 2025 - BRS RESOURCES LTD. (the "Company" or "BRS"), (CSE: BRS), a mineral exploration company, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an amending agreement with Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. to the option agreement dated December 19, 2022, as amended February 13, 2024 and December 11, 2024, whereby the parties agreed to decrease the cash payment due December 19, 2025 from $40,000 to $20,000 and increase the cash payment due December 19, 2026 from $50,000 to $70,000.

BRS RESOURCES LTD.

BRS is a mineral exploration company focussed on the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of mineral exploration properties located in Canada and the United States and once acquired, the exploration of those properties. BRS' principal property is the Cowtrail Property, which is currently in the exploration stage. The Cowtrail Property consists of 32 minerals claims covering 4,400 hectares located in south central British Columbia, Canada.
