BRS RESOURCES LTD. ANNOUNCING ENTRY INTO AMENDING AGREEMENT WITH CARIBOO ROSE RESOURCES LTD.

BRS Resources Ltd. has entered into an amending agreement with Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. to the option agreement dated Dec. 19, 2022, as amended Feb. 13, 2024, and Dec. 11, 2024, whereby the parties agreed to decrease the cash payment due Dec. 19, 2025, from $40,000 to $20,000 and increase the cash payment due Dec. 19, 2026, from $50,000 to $70,000.
