BRS RESOURCES ANNOUNCES CONVERSION OF CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURES

An aggregate of $242,000 convertible debentures of BRS Resources Ltd. maturing on Aug. 31, 2025, have been converted into 2.42 million units of the company at a conversion price of 10 cents per unit. Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one transferable share purchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable into one share at a price of 10 cents per warrant share until Sept. 2, 2026. The company has agreed to pay out any interest owing under the convertible debentures.
