BRS Resources Corporate Update on Shareholding in AleAnna, Inc.

VANCOUVER, BC - July 23, 2025 - BRS RESOURCES LTD. (the "Company" or "BRS"), (CSE: BRS), a mineral exploration company, is pleased to announce that AleAnna, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANNA) ("AleAnna") reported, in its news release dated July 10, 2025, first production of its Longanesi natural gas field in Italy, a notable milestone in Italy's energy industry. After 6 weeks of continuous production history, the Longanesi field achieved a stabilized natural gas production rate of approximately 28 MM cubic feet per day. Strong natural gas prices in Italy, averaging about US $13.50 per Mcf, are providing AleAnna with more than US$ 100,000 per day in operating revenue.

This achievement highlights the success of AleAnna's ongoing operations in Italy and provides a tangible indicator of the assets revenue generating potential. This milestone shows the positive results and reinforces AleAnna's focus on natural gas in Italy, with significant upside and further development and revenue growth. With BRS being a significant shareholder of AleAnna, BRS's investment is directly impacted by AleAnna's operational progress.
